Your First Visit
The team at Reflections Dental Health Centre recommends completing our new patient form prior to your appointment. If you're unable to do so, please arrive 20 minutes early and a member of our staff will be happy to assist you.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will start your appointment by reviewing your medical and dental history, they will also complete a full dental examination. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite, jaw, an oral cancer screening, and any needed X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Depending on your history and examination, your dentist will establish a long-term dental treatment plan for you. They will also take the time to answer any questions or concerns you have about your dental health and treatment options.

- How can I book an appointment?
To schedule an appointment at Reflections Dental Health Centre call our New Patient Line during our regular business hours.
- How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us If you need to reschedule a reserved appointment, we require a minimum of 2 full business days' notice. If you miss an appointment without giving notice, a missed appointment fee will apply.
Your dental appointments are reserved specifically for you. Although we will contact you prior to a scheduled appointment with a courtesy reminder, it is ultimately your responsibility to make sure that you arrive for the appointment on time.
- Do you offer appointment reminders?
We will contact you prior to a scheduled appointment with a courtesy reminder, if you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact us as soon as you can to let us know.
- What do I do if there have been updates to my medical information?
Changes to your general medical health have an impact on your dental health. It is important that all patients keep us up to date regarding their overall health, and on the medications, they are taking. Be sure to bring a list of any medications you are taking to your first visit, and continue to update us as things change.
